Exchange & Refund Policy
We can offer a change of mind on purchases (at our discretion), provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, the products are returned in an unused, unworn and resalable condition with all tags and labels intact (including original packaging). If your item is faulty, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, contact us via email or phone to arrange an exchange/refund - firstname.lastname@example.org or +61 427 183 399. We are unable to provide refunds for gift cards if you change your mind.
You will need to provide a copy of the valid receipt with the returned product.
